Many critical faults (ABS, airbag, EPS, brake) produce no immediate driveability symptom but leave safety systems disabled. Ignoring them is a safety risk. Have every warning light diagnosed.
An intermittent fault that self-corrects stores a fault code but the warning light extinguishes once the fault is absent for a set number of drive cycles. The code remains stored — we can read it within approximately 40 drive cycles of the event.
Generally yes. Red lights indicate immediate risk (oil pressure, overheating, brake failure) and should be responded to immediately. Orange/amber lights indicate a fault requiring attention but not immediate danger. We assess both.
